utter junk
Absolute garbage, bought last year and used for max 3 months. Put it up this year and it was randomly turning on in the night... ok, not a massive issue, but now its totally dead. Absolutely not acceptable in a tree that cost us 700$ .

Love this tree!
Very easy to setup and operate with either switch or remote. Nice color change mode but can also have just clear or just color. Strong branches for heavier decorations.

Terrible quality
The tree itself looks great. Unfortunately we used this tree for a total of FOUR days before the lights stopped working. Unbelievable for a tree that costs $800. Utterly pathetic.

Needs better instruction / support
Bought this a week ago and its extremely difficult to set up! Not sure how the light work! Whole family has tried and we are unsure. Can only get bottom level to light up. Instructions are useless! Youtube videos of the same brand show a different light connection system. Please send help as this product would be great if we only knew how the light system worked. Maybe we are just blind but I would appreciate better instructions / product design in the future.
