Does this have a resin base? Or does it need a base built?
Hello, the unit comes with a polycarbonate floor and the frame is made of aluminum. It should be anchored properly to a solid, even surface. If you require more information, pls contact support@footprintproducts.com

whats the roof overhang? are the roof panels flexable?
The width from gutter to gutter is 6'1". The width from wall to wall is 5'9", so there is 2" of overhang on each side.

How difficult is this to assemble/install? Does Lowes deliver and install?
This shed will take 2 people to install and about 6-8 hours. Lowes can deliver, but they do not install.

The roof vent provides decent air flow, though in hotter climates, you might want additional ventilation solutions.
