Description

The 3-speed centrifugal fan can draw up to 350 CFM of air per minute, easily eliminating smoke and residual particles. The hood also features dishwasher-safe filters and a halogen lighting system and backlit controls. This product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty on parts and at-home labour.

Nice unit but prone to issues.
We bought the unit a couple years ago but just got it installed this summer due to construction delays with the kitchen remodel. It’s now past the original one year purchase warranty, and we’ve already had to replace one light socket which was easy enough but expensive, and now a month later both lights fail to come on even though the light switch illuminates indicating they should be on. Sounds like the full light assembly now needs to be replaced.
We do love the look of it and how nice it fits in with the other GE appliances we added. Other than the light issues it works great, but since it’s only been in use about 6 months and has already had two electrical issues, I question the quality of it for the long run even though it should be top of the line based on the cost.

Works great but not crazy about the look
My carpenter had some trouble putting the bolts in the sides. I also think it is not a great match aestheticly with the rest of the Cafe appliances. It is very sterile and stark looking.
