Happybut wish had lasted longer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good but squirter. Last one lasted 4 years before problems. Could have had it repaired but chose to buy a new one instead. Got used to using these things after visiting Japan twice. How can't live without one. So much more civilized.

Nice upgrade from the 1000, but…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Swash 1000 for a few years and were excited to upgrade. While there are some nice new features with the 1400, there are some annoyances. The spray does not seem as strong as the 1000. The round seat style changed to not being as round and more like a small elongated, which is very odd. The seat and lid close so slowly.
I trust this brand but am disappointed by the changes. I had hoped for me with the cost.

Not worth the money.

I was sent a faulty product and customer service keeps giving me the run around even though I purchased a 5 year warranty. A key feature, "user 1" and "user 2", does not function properly.
