[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Capella functions great, and the water tastes great. Installed it myself with just a razor blade, a crescent wrench, and a Phillips head drill. It went together well with some minor troubleshooting.

Extremely disappointed
water flow is very slow and has leaked out the air gap hole since installation a week ago; but today it was worse than previously. There is no reason the air gap hole should leak if it were correctly engineered

Wife No Longer Nagging Me--Water Tastes Amazing!
Before purchasing this, we had hard water with undesirable flavor. Before investing in a whole-house water filter and softener system, I installed the Capella RO system. Absolutely game-changing for the family. Our ice is perfect and drinking water is refreshing and pure. Exactly what we hoped.

I would say the system is just "ok". You'll get good, clean water, but you won't get it very fast. We have tried everything to get better pressure out of it, but not happening.....
