The most versatile grill i've owned!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this grill a few months ago (Regal iQue S590Pro IR) and i have done Pizza, breakfast, the best burgers (on flat griddle add-on, fajitas, rotisserie leg of lamb, low and slow brisket (with a pellet smoke box), the prefect steak and much more. This grill makes me look like a ROCK STAR! The New iQue make things effortlessly and i have full control at my finger tips. More time to spend with friends when they are over!

My decision 1st was support North American product and the reviews. When I 1st got it I just said WOW! Made with perfection and the grilling superb. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hand on to my bbq toys for a long time, my last bbq lasted me 16 years so I was looking for my replacement with that objective in mind. I did a lot of research and reference checking before deciding on the BK Regal S590 Pro IR. I was looking for a heavy lid to keep the oven at the right temperature, a sear burner to finish proteins with a nice crust, a rotisserie to allow me to do legs of lamb, whole poultry, etc, and a lot of btu's to power it all. The S590 fits the bill.

Cooks great, but not as durable as they say
This grill is beautiful, heavy duty, and capable. Gets scorching hot when needed to sear steaks or quick cook on burgers, and has versatility. However, for the premium price, it does not hold up for as long as you would think, in comparison to the charbroils, brinkmans, and other cheaper big box grills. Mine was completely rusted throughout, burners, cookbox, inside of the lid, screws, everything you could think of, in less than 5 years. Broilking send you parts when under warranty, but hard to changed our rusted parts and screws, when they are rusted to other metal parts.
Great cooker, but know it will not last you many years like the weber.

Bought mine in late September the quality is impressive I love the fact that there are no flare-ups plan on buying one for my son and one for my daughter oh yeah and the fact that I can help support American jobs that is a bonus

Whats not to love ?
As I said whats not to love ? The quality, the looks or the over all grilling experience. I bought the Regal 590 IR about a month ago. Most dealers said on that model there was 2 to 4 week wait. The vendor (Acme Tool ) said in stock and shipped within 3 to 5 days. And true to their word 3 days later I received a call from the shipper.
First, it was on a pallet and well packed . Other than the cookbox w/ manifold it was completely disassembled and with only pictures for direction there were a few challenges, the average weekend warrior might have had to scratch his head once or twice. In total it took me about four and a half hours with a few glitches and alas my new grill was ready for testing. I will say the design, well thought out and materials better than most I've seen. Ok, I love it. I have had seven or eight grills in my life. The last one was a MembersMark 5 burner stainless with all the bells and whistles. In less than a year I gave it away, between flair ups and rust it was a big disappointment and I had several of those back to when they were Bakers and Chefs. So I in 2008 I bought a Weber S470 and thought this will be my last grill. I watched a review on a Weber vs a Napoleon and the Broil King and the guy brought in the Broil King last because of the two piece cook box. Well I'm here to tell you the cookbox on my Weber was the first thing to rot and everything internal collapsed from there. A thousand dollars to repair and some parts not available anymore I wasn't going to risk it. I wanted a quality grill. Made in America,( by the way Webers,are outsourced) or at least north America so it came down to Napoleon and Broil King. After research, reading reviews I decided on Broil King. So far I have been limited to a few burgers,dogs and steaks but being a commonsewer of grilled foods I have no doubt this grill will serve all my grilling needs. In accessories I have purchased the handle light with timer. Works great . Very happy with purchase and look forward to years of great outdoor bbq.
One other thing on recommending to a friend I plan on a Broil King for my son and one for my daughter whose husband got my last grill.

Love the Infrared Side Sear Burner and Rotisserie
We are very happy with our new S590 Pro IR BBQ. The size is perfect with 5 main burners, one Side Infrared Burner for searing steaks and the Rotisserie. Good storage underneath for extra accessories. The natural gas heat is accurate and consistent.
