The Broil King Monarch 320 is a versatile patio-sized grill with incredible performance. The powerful 30,000 BTU Dual-Tube stainless burners feature ports along each side of the burner giving even heat distribution throughout the grill. Heavy-duty reversible cast iron cooking grids - the pointed side creates perfect sear marks and the V-shaped channel side captures juices and drippings for continuous basting. The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system provides superior heat distribution, protects the burners, and vaporizes drippings for incredible, authentic barbecue flavour. Side shelves fold down for quick, convenient storage. Durable weather-resistant base for enhanced mobility and an enclosed cabinet for extra storage space.

Horrible BBQ to build
This was one of the most difficult BBQ's to assemble due to the bad assembly manual, which had poor diagrams. I bought this model because I used them at a resort we go to and was very pleased with quality of this model, but when mine came I noticed it wasn't as sturdy and the hood was much lighter. It still cook well, but I'm disappointed with the quality.

Love my BBQ machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had such a nice summer with my Brook King. Easy to work with, good temperature, the food is delicious. I usually also cook some hamburgers during the winter!!! My best purchase in 2023 by far.

Great product, good company.
I'm replacing an older Monarch with a new one. After 10 years solid service, this bbq was great value. Storage issues caused a little premature aging, the new one will be more tenderly cared for. Love the product. This company gave me great service when I needed a replacement burner after 7 years and the whole BBQ always performed well.

Burners and related parts corrode quickly
Burner tubes, flav-r-waves, dividers and supporting brackets corroded less than a year after purchase. Replaced all of them at my cost and the replacements corrodes very quickly as well.

Low quality for price.
I've had this propane model for 3 yrs. Kept under cover out of weather. Also with BK cover. All stainless steel rusted within 2 months. Replaced grates 3 times with BK grates because of rust. So finally bucked up and bought stainless steel grates. Venturi tubes hole are now bigger in areas so flames are huge in different areas. Cooking is uneven.
I would consider a different brand next time. My neighbor has BBQ thats starts with letter N. 2yrs older than mine and cooks perfect has all original parts.

Weak flame and turning off the grill
The problem arises especially when there are winds. Is there a possibility that the problem is caused by the large openings in the grill base as shown in the picture?

Easy to assembly. It heats up quickly and the grill marks seared into the steaks are awesome. Looks very professional when served.
