Excellent Product for BBQ Pizza
I’ve owned this stone, purchased from Rona at least 10 years ago. Since then, it has been used to make easily over 100 BBQ Pizzas. Best stone I’ve ever used without question. We use corn meal to facilitate the slide off paddle onto stone. Doesn’t stick on stone with this method. I am using a Weber BBQ and cook between 550 to 600 F. Often utilize a Wood Chip container and put a little smoke on the Pizza. Taste more like it came from a wood fired oven. Highly durable product. Don’t count on the ring thermometer to be accurate and/or long lasting. (Personally don’t use as keep track of heat electronically). The included Paddle is a great accessory. Follow the included directions and you will get years of service out of this kit. Big hit every time we use it !

What is the maximum temperature?
I've been gifted this fine product and have made some delicious pizzas on it. I'm planning to bake a sourdough bread on this stone and wondering what is the maximum heat this stone can hold?

Disappointed
Got the Pizza Stone for Father’s Day and tried it for the first time last night. Followed all the directions to the letter. Lightly dusted the peel with flour and the pizza slid right off onto the preheated stone. Unfortunately I also lightly dusted the stone with flour as per instructions so pizza wouldn’t stick to it. The flour burned on the stone and under the pizza. The end result after less than 5 minutes was a burned pizza and a blackened (ruined) pizza stone I will try again on corrugated side or in the oven but am not pleased with initial performance.

impossible to fully close the cover
unfortunately this item for my SIGNET is too large in diameter. I can't close the cover completely when the stone was placed on the grill. Reason is the backburner who blocks the space at the rear. Therefore: wasted money

Bad product for the price
the product seems to be wery well made, but there is a big but. it is almost impossible to place a pizza on the stove without destroying it, as well as to take redy pizza from the stone - it sticks to the stone and gets ruined. for the price the set could include more accessories to ensure that pizza gets to and from the stone safely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this Pizza stone, rack and paddle as a gift. Everything works as advertised and we are very satisfied with it.
Would have given 5 stars if it was not for the temperature gage face turning black from the heat.

Bad thermometor
Cooks a good pizza, however when I put the hood down on our BBQ the glass in the thermometor glass went black!
