To start, the cook box has been upgraded to Broil King's well-known, rust-resistant, time-tested Therma-Cast design. The Baron Pro series also now features LED control knob lights, professional-grade stainless steel cooking grids and warming rack, plus a new grease management system. This Broil King Baron 520 Pro gas grill features Performance Grilling Technology (PGT) for versatility and great barbecue flavour, as well as 5 stainless steel Dual-Tube burners that deliver 45,000 BTUs of power. The all-new Therma-Cast aluminum cook box provides unmatched heat retention and durability ensuring years of great grilling. 570 sq in of primary cooking area gives you plenty of space to cook the entire meal; 210 sq in stainless steel warming rack gives you extra space to grill. Solid 8mm stainless steel rod grids are designed to retain heat, while being easy to clean and providing long-lasting durability. Stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system provides even heat distribution, vaporizes drippings for great barbecue flavour, and protects the burners. Stainless steel side shelves offer plenty of space for food prep and feature integrated tool hooks to hang your grill tools; shelves fold easily for storage and include a safety lock system to secure the shelf in place. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Broil King. The rotisserie works great for chickens and roasts and the side burner cooks my onions and mushrooms. The grill is awesome for steaks, salmon, sausages, skewered vegetables, etc. Easy to clean grills and under flavor bars.

Quality and performance
Fantastic BBQ system. With all the accessories available from Broil King, this is not just a grilling machine but it can handle all cooling style.
We use the rotisserie to make juicy chicken. Attach the enclosed basket and watch chicken wings and drums d tumble to perfection. We added another accessories, stainless steel basket from Broil King to our collection and shrimps turn out perfect. Now we just need that stone pan to bake pizza so we never have to leave the patio.
We use this BBQ for everything. This BBQ is a replacement for our 11 year old Weber Genesis which we loved but it always felt under powered compared to the Baron 520. Warming up the Baron is fast and grilling in the cold Canadian winter just got quicker.
This is our first Broil King and noticed the same excellent built quality as our Weber. I was surprised to see the Baron also have cast aluminum tube. To think of it, this is Broil King and quality should be expected at this price point.
I am glad we tried Broil King and very happy with our purchase.
