I have had the unit for 5 years and it stopped working. I talked to a Broan Rep a year ago great guy Nutone must have fired as he was doing a good job. I have been chasing for service on this unit since then. It took me 5 months to find a service center about 200 KM away from me drove it over and dropped off. then waited for 3 months and call to find out what was going on. They told me they had contacted Broan and they were going to pick it up. waited another month still they hadn't even picked up.
So drove the 200 km and retrieved the unit. Now we play round and round again. I have owned 3 Broan and all was good this one is a piece of garbage. I have found that all Broan run hot and have had motors replaced. The only place I know of right now to have it serviced is Halifax and about to drive it down 6 hrs one way.
Just to add to this I am trying to post and it is coming up profanity. Must be the word Broan
