Designed for retrofit, remodel and replacement, this fan features hassle-free installation from the room side, for spaces with no attic access. The snap fit flange kit, deduct(TM) connector and FoldAway(TM) mounting ears make it flexible to almost any installation challenge, especially for rooms on the first floor or basement floor of the home. Each carton comes complete with a precise template for accurate housing opening ceiling cut. The snap fit flange kit provides a self-trimming finish to cover a rough cut.

Ce ventilateur a tout pour plaire MAIS apres plusieurs tests de bruit , j obtiens 65 decibels sans le couvercle . 62 decibels avec le couvercle. 1 sone = 42 a 45 decibels . Donc nous sommes loin de la promesse sur l etiquette. Se pose tres facilement et toutes les pieces sont amovibles . genial. La lumiere est tres etincelante. Si le bruit ne vous derange pas , je conseil. sinon chercher un vrai 1 sone (43 decibels). 189$ pour un 1.5 sone, resultat mitiger

It's a Broan!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, our Sunroom project needed an exhaust fan and after due diligence, I got the Broan Roomside Clean Cover 110 CFM Exhaust Fan with LED Light. I know, this is more of a bathroom type fan, but it works well in our application and we are very pleased! Broan is a very well known and respected brand and for a reason. It's quiet, moves 110 cubic feet of air per minute and has the light and easy to clean, Clean Cover. Highly recommended!

Good Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Broan Clear Cover Sone Exhaust Fan with LED Light we followed directions took some working through we got it done.The sound of the air flow is very easy on the ears have left fan on a few time after forgetting fan was still on. The LED light is quite bright we was going to install dimmer anyway ,that was a good move consider the light brightens up entire bathroom. Adds very modern look to our update renovation.

Quiet and effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this based on the cfm and the sones. It's very quiet and very effective at clearing steam and odors. The installation is straightforward if you are doing a replacement but for a new installation you can watch videos or call Broan. I like the light and the hidden fan design so there isn't a dirty grill in the ceiling.
