Description
This modern Bosch double wall oven is designed for flush installation with your cabinets and offers many unique features for tasty meals with each use! A full-extension telescopic rack gives safe and direct access to the oven cavity, while touch controls with SteelTouch buttons make it easy to select programs and options. The true European convection oven includes up to 12 specialized cooking modes, such as pizza, pie, keep warm and dough proving modes. The lower oven with traditional thermal cooking system offers broiling, roasting and, also, heat retention modes. Fast preheat means you can start cooking in no time, and a built-in meat probe eliminates guesswork for results beyond your expectations. Each oven features a timer with cooking time and delay start function. Finally, the very large oven windows let you monitor the whole cooking process, to avoid opening the door and losing heat.

A rando amateur chef... from
Absolutely brilliant
I got this Bosch unit to replace the contractor grade (read cheap) unit that was in the house when I bought it, and was a pain to use because the temperature setting was at best a suggestion, and on average a vague guess, not that it would hold any temperature anyway and required constant monitory and fiddling. In addition, the heat throughout was uneven and cleaning it was high adventure.
The Bosch, however, is absolutely brilliant. Set the temperature, and it stays there, heat is even left to right and front to back. The two lights and large glass make it easy to check what is going on (old one might as well have been a submarine porthole). Not having the exposed lower heating element, it is a snap to clean, having struggled with balky racks in other ovens, the telescopic rack is a marvel.
The overall design and black stainless gives a nice clean appearance and would fit in most kitchen decor. The controls are easy to use and intuitive, plenty of settings and the convection broil is a genius option, especially if you are using it to finish sous vide meat of some sort . Overall, I find I use it more than the old one just because, stealing from an old BMW (speaking of Bosch electronics) slogan, "Freude am Kochen."
There is only one thing I would suggest be changed. The single unit has an air fry setting the double does not. Using the convection bake essentially does the same thing so it is by no means a show stopper (YMMV), but it would be nice to have that in the double as well.
In a new build or replacing an old unit, one cannot go wrong with this.

Great Look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now our kitchen has that modern look. The black stainless unfortunately, led us to replace everything in our kitchen with black stainless and it looks fantastic. The oven temperatures are very accurate and we love the fact that it also has a convection oven built in. Our only complaint, is it takes a little bit longer to preheat than our other oven. The oven controls are easy to understand and use.

The LEMON of Double Wall Ovens
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This model oven has a very significant flow which Bosch refuses to recognize. The seals around the oven glass allows for the condensation liquid to leak between the glass panels. When this occurs you are unable to cleanit and you are now left with visible water mark strecks, It is unsightly, Bosch tells you that this is not a mechanical issue. They are incorrect. Be aware.

Nice looking
Broiler is very Slow to start up, oven baking temperature takes 40 minutes to reach the correct temp. Each shelf should be the roll out style, it's the best! So disappointed by broiler pan I special ordered, so tiny it's good for a Barbie oven and now they want a restocking fee of 25%. Never mentioned its size on the order page, who would think that GE would outshine them !
