The Bosch 30-inch 500 Series gas cooktop in stainless steel adds a little more ease and a touch of thrill to cooking. Up to 16,000 BTU high efficiency burner technology lets you get dinner started faster, while the OptiSim burner design provides a better distribution of heat for low simmers. Incredible Stove Top

Love my new stove top because it put out the heat in seconds. Once had to wait quite longer for a stockpot full of water to boil. Not any longer.....within a few minutes it's boiling!
Can't wait to replace my double ovens!
