Broke after hardly used
I bought this online exclusive thinking I was getting a terrific deal. Well not so at all. It did it's task a few times/projects but then the screw came apart from the bearing flange cover and it's unusable now. The toll free number is a complete joke and waste of my precious time. I've spent over 70 minutes today trying in vain to reach service department and no one answers. I've resorted to sending an email but again it will likely not get any satisfying agreement. Buy another.

Hi I noticed that everyone is mentioning its sanding qualities but as the product states,' Sander/polisher. Is this capable of polishing say a fibreglass boat and if so how do you obtain the correct pads and buffer pad.

Great for two days until ...
I received this tool last week. Used it for two days (1-2 hours per day; followed instructions,; emptied the dust bin every time I finished sanding one plank). It was great. Today I went to continue sanding our wood balcony, it wouldn't turn on. Checked online and found that the problem was repeatedly reported even 10 years ago.
