Shorts out
Do not buy this microwave, constantly shorts out and it's not even that old, very common issue as you can see from all of these negative reviews, if it didn't come from the builder in my building I would not have owned it myself. Garbage unless you want to call a repair tech every 2-3 years. Disaster.

This is not it
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I can't understand how this premium microwave was designed with these flaws.
-the door extends when you open it meaning it isn't flush with the microwave width and will constantly carve into your cabinet on the left
-even the simpliest microwaves will do one rotation per 30s, but not this one. I want to get my cup the way I put it in, not with the handle on the side or backside
-the lights are very dim and you can only turn them on or off. It would've been nice to see two modes like the fan so that I can set it to dim, bright, and off.
-the buttons on the right don't have a backlight which is unfortunate at night
-no military time

Shorting Issue
Purchased April 2021, so not even two years later, when we use the microwave there is a loud pop. Terrified it's going to start a house fire. Just unplugged it and won't use it anymore.
