Works so well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We researched quite a few brands of 18 inch dishwashers before making a purchase. Bosch was a clear winner based upon reviews. It took a bit to find one, as most were out of stock. In tge end, we were glad we put in tte extra effort. We have never had a third rack before, but really love it for silverware. The wash cycle is super quiet and the dishes are clean and dry. No leftover mystery chunks! We'd give it a full fige star rating if the racks weren't do oddly set up. After a few months we still aren't sure how to get water bottles and glasses to sit correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a smaller kitchen that did not have a dishwasher already . The cabinet space was small so we went with the ADA compliant size. We were sceptcail at first. First time we used it we didn't clean a salted margarita rims on our glasses and they came out sparkling. It passed the test, we did take out the small top shelf to get taller glasses in it better. Overall it worKs great

Quiet with minor functional issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dishwasher for over a month. We required an 18" due to the size of our kitchen. The third rack is very useful to help fit larger dishes on the bottom rack. However there are a few functional issues. We have 11" dinner plates. If we put them on the bottom rack, we need to make the middle rack higher so the sprayer doesn't catch on the plate and detach like it did on our first use. We moved the middle rack up to the highest position, but then we weren't even able to fit any cups in, so we had to move the middle rack to the middle position. If you put too many heavy items (like glass cups) on the middle rack, it weighs the rack down and the sprayer catches the dinner plates anyways even in the middle position. I wish the middle rack was a bit more sturdy to be able to load all the dishes we want in the dishwasher. Overall the dishwasher cleans well and is very quiet. Just a few minor inconveniences.

Small but mighty!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this model under the counter 16" dishwasher. We had to downsize our dishwasher during a recent kitchen remodel. To be honest, I was not sold on having to install a smaller dishwasher because, in my head, smaller meant not as good. I was wrong! The size of the applicance only matters in quantity (number and size of items you can wash) but quatliy is in the product and in the name. This Bosch stands up to its name - I have been sold on Bosch dishwashers since the first we bought 14 years ago. Dishes come out clean; always love the 3rd rack and adjustable shelves; the queit cycles, etc. I recommend this to anyone needing a quality dishwasher for a smaller space.
