Description
Make doors and other workpieces smooth and flat with the Bosch electric planer. With a powerful 6.5-amp motor, it cuts across hard and soft wood. The included guide fence mounts on the left or right for consistency, Its front and rear aluminum shoes maintain precision. A power cord with a ball joint that swivels makes this corded electric planer easy to maneuver and control.

- Dual-mount guide fence u mounts to either side for consistent planing; includes protective shield and no-mar plastic overshoe
- Ambidextrous lock-off release button u helps prevent accidental starts; includes a lock-on button for extended operation
- Aluminum front and rear shoes u precision-machined together after assembly to ensure accuracy
- Ratcheting depth knob u for foolproof depth-increment setting from 0 to 1/16 In. within one revolution, eliminating the need to re-zero the depth
- Electronically counterbalanced single-blade design system u automatically positions blade at ideal cutting angle; reduces drag, enabling faster operation and smooth cutting
- Reversible Bosch Woodrazor micrograin carbide blade u lasts up to 30% longer than standard carbide blades
