Is this okay for outdoor use?
Can this be taken apart at the end of the season for easy storage and then put up again the year after? Or is this a one time permanent installation that can’t be easily taken apart after?

Good to know tweaks
Haven’t filled it with herbs and starters yet, but please note:
• two of the shelves have a twist, so don’t sit flat, but as they are held by gravity alone, I will strap them to the bars anyway incase they get bumped.
• Also the pkg shows 2 tie-ups, but it has only one. The pvc is stiff enough, so far, that that all that’s needed.
• If the legs were 1” narrower in width, it would fit inside most boot trays. Maybe a flat rubber-mat will protect my floors?
• Check for heat mats and LED grow lights off season in many dept stores. Reuse some food trays as starter pots.

Bonne grandeur pour devant la porte de patio en attendant une température plus clémente la sortir sur le patio. Elle garde plus de chaleur pour mes semis et mes plants. J'ai fixé les tablettes avec des attaches car trop lousses mais c'est un léger détail

Perfect for seeding and young plants
Compact and light. The frame is strong and stable enough for its size, and to hold young plants. Great for seeding indoors and for transitioning young plants outdoors in Calgary's challenging weather (against a wall for stability and warmth, and under the overhang for protection from hail). The construction is too light for large plants. I like that with just a little bit of disassembly it can be stored flat for winter. Since it's small it won't be a big deal to make a new cover when it's needed (with a roll of plastic and clear ductape, and clips or velcro).
