So far, so good, but it melted some things
My wife bought me a blackstone for Father's Day, and we just finished our first round of smashburgers, and they were great!
Seasoning went pretty smooth, thanks to straight forward instructions and videos for their seasoned and conditioning oil.
Only issue I've had was that everything got so hot that thr magnetic strip pulled out of the frame (apparently they need to use a glue that can withstand high temperatures), and the little Blackstone brand bottles that I got to hold/squirt oil on the griddle melted, even though they were on thr side shelf and nowhere near touching the griddle... 5 stars easily if it wasn't for the other products melting so easily, especially since I'll need to buy new ones now. Hopefully thr Magnetic strip will stay put now that it's cooled down...

This thing is a tank! Took a few hrs to put together, but thats my only “complaint”. This thing is going to last us a long while.

Nice product.
The griddle was easy to assemble, but some of the drawers were slightly bent on arrival. The front left lower cabinet door does not open and close properly with the hinges in the holes. It pops open and falls off the appliance when opened.

Love at first griddle!
Got the balckstone griddle w/air fryer and pizza oven for Father's day. Cooked pork chips, vegetables and cheesy corn on it. Was a breeze to cook on and clean up was easy. Love my new blackstone!!!
