When using the first time, noticed the flame on my new Blackstone griddle is so weak that it will never be able to grill anything. When hooking up the griddle to my RV hose with its own regulator and same tank, everything works fine.

I'm 6'3", I have my griddle on a table with risers so a longer hose would work better for me. Still a great product, keep up the good work Blackstone!!

Worked great at first but after only a few times of use it now does not provide enough gas flow for the griddle to heat up fully or in a reasonable time. Performance has deteriorated and now does not even move gas to operate both burners at the same time even with a new 20lb tank.
