I bought this black and decker model#bhsm15fx08 on April 16 2024 it leaves water streaks on my floors it cleans well enough but leaves water streaks.
So disappointed I tried taking a picture but it's not showing up

Don't know if it is defective but it leaves water streaks on my hardwood floors whether I use the light or heavier steamers so disappointed 😔

Hard to use.
Found this tool to be useless. It put out hardly any steam. It is hard to push along the floor.
The hand held part is heavy and awkward to use. It only came with one floor cloth. I ordered extras.
I was very disappointed in this product.

Excellent Steamer
Bought this steamer after using my daughter’s steamer. Very impressed with steam output.
Would love to be able to purchase more grout cleaning adapters, as I used that tool alot.
I would definitely recommend this cleaning tool

Good, but not great
The use of the handheld to do cleaning other than the floor is very easy to accomplish. However, the floor attachment does not click into the long wand and falls off very easily. Have also noticed that the mop head does not all hit the floor to clean. Only the edges make contact. So I do not feel my floors are getting a thorough clean.

Disappointed right out of the box.
I just bought the BHSM15FX08 and put it together and have no steam coming out from multiple attachments. I literally just bought it and it already is not working. It also gets very hot. I’m giving it a while to cool down and will try again. What makes this all the more painful is my wife was against me getting it.

Hot handle!!! Stopped working after thirty minute
I opened up the box today after purchasing it back in July. The handle got so hot, I couldn’t use it, then it automatically stopped working. It’s not re-starting after being off for more than 4 hours. I’m so very disappointed! Not sure if I can return it but would like to u derstand what I can do.
