The BioChef Arizona Sol food dehydrator is a simple, easy-to-use horizontal dehydrator that dries and stores perfectly every time. It has all the features a food dehydrator needs: horizontal airflow, adjustable thermostat, digital timer and the added bonus of a transparent door and stainless steel trays. Removable trays allow more space when drying larger ingredients such as leavening bread or drying flowers and herbs. Ideal for small spaces.
