Just What We were Looking For
I bought this to clear space on the garage floor. Did exactly as intended with two changes;
Added a Carabiner to attach to the bicycle frame for safety as well as a Cleat for the rope tie down as the one supplied is not strong enough

C'est ça!
J'ai Installé ce palan sur la poutre centrale dans mon cabanon. Il s'installe bien sur la poutre mais ne s'installe pas sur les montants de toît, à moins de se faire des pièces de bois. Ce modèle offre qu'un seul cordon pour monter et descendre et c'est lourd et peu efficace. Le diamètre du cordon est trop petit, il marque les doigts lorsqu'on tire dessus . Je ne le trouve pas très sécuritaire à manipuler. C'est correct si c'est pour descendre le vélo au printemps et le remonter à l'automne sans plus. Si c'est pour manipuler régulièrement, vous allez détester ce produit. Pas cher mais ça ne vaut pas plus!
J'ai déjà un autre palan d'une autre marque et de meilleur qualité (Réno-Dépôt). Je croyais que les palans étaient tous fait pareils mais non! Celui de R-D offre deux façons de le poser, modèle à 2 cordons plus gros et facile à tirer, probablement plus cher mais confortable à tirer de par sa double corde plus grosse.
Oui, je regrette cet achat!
