The product is not real
The product is not real wood, which I knew when we purchased it, but the overall quality was quite good. I had some problems during assembly which resulted in one panel being damaged. I contacted Bestar and they shipped out a replacement panel at no charge. Can't ask for anything more than that.

Drawer Doesn't Fit
The drawer doesn't work. I am really sad about this. I even had someone come and looked at it. The grooves were not properly aligned and the metals were bent in the left side.
