Description
Get rid of flying insects with the electric Monster Zapper trap by Bell + Howell. Place the Monster Zapper trap in a dark, dry place. Make sure the product is protected from rain or wet conditions. Turn off all other light sources within 20 m of the product. For indoor use during the day time, close the curtains and turn off other light sources so that insects are attracted to the UV light from the Monster Zapper. The Monster Zapper has a detachable tray for easy clean up and does not emit heat. It has an electric grid with a 2,800-volt maximum power and dual UV fluorescent lights for maximum range. Equipped with an easy-to-use On/Off button, the trap also includes a metal chain for hanging. This product is not harmful to pets.

It doesn’t zap monsters
We bought two of these - cheaply made - didn’t get any monster bugs - got a FEW tiny black flies.
Would not waste your money on these. We took them both back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a sliding glass door off our kitchen and it’s super annoying but the kids have not learned to close it as quickly as we like and so sometimes we get bugs coming in to follow the light. I love having this right by the door because it attracts the pests and cuts down on the amount that want to sneak inside. A must-have as this weather warms up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't really give a detailed full review as the weather here has been super cold and there haven't been many bugs flying around. Wish I had this during our gnat/fruit fly takeover. Truly hope it does the job. Plan to use it soon when I cook out on the grill when it's nicer and warmer out and I know there will be PLENTY of pesky flies and mosquitoes lurking around the patio.

So far, so good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I have not had the opportunity to use this outdoors yet as it is not mosquito season, I have used it indoors. Unfortunately found myself infested with fruit flies from some old pineapple. Boy did this zap them away! I do wish it was more practical to use outdoore when it comes to warmer weather. It is marked as indoor use alrhough i have been advised ut can be used outdoors so long as weather provides. Meaning that besides unplugging it in inclement weather i would also need to bring it indoors
