Description
Create a spa-like experience in your home shower with this Bélanger Quadrato handheld shower and rail kit. The square-shaped rain show5erhead and handheld spray showerhead have easy-to-clean soft nozzles. The sliding rail and long 59-inch flexible hose ensure the hand shower is easy to reach and simple to use. The pressure-balanced diverter valve includes an adjustable temperature limiting device and a ceramic cartridge. The entire shower and sliding rail set comes in a black matte finish that complements any bathroom decor. The kit is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Not impressed with plastic components.
Not impressed with the plastic handheld shower components. The bar which holds the handheld shower comes apart easily if accidently touched when drying wall beside it.

No pressure
I purchased this 2 months ago. Was disappointed to see many plastic components. Very low pressure Barely enough to rince off the soap. We must now open the walls and break ceramic to replace. It’s very frustrating as this came highly recommended from the store employee. It will end up costing us so much more than if we had spent slightly more for a higher end one at a plumbing store. Lessons learned

Terrible System
Although sold as shower kit, functionality is better suited for a tub & shower system. You cannot toggle back and forth between rain shower and hand held. One or the other, or otherwise you have to turn the water off to go back to the rain shower. Had to remove flow restrictors to get half decent water flow. Rain shower head constantly clogs. Save your $ and go with a high end system.

Looks great
After paying $550 for the set I was shocked to open the box and find out most the items were plastic. The only items that are metal are the wall coverings. To switch from shower head to hand held is nearly impossible the button sticks and can only be switched back when the shower is off and even then when you pull on the small knob it’s not connected to anything the back cover comes off. It’s not at all what I was expecting.

Poorly designed
I bought this a month ago. The rainshower head was crooked and the water pressure far too. The hand held unit bracket broke. Again water pressure from hand held barely enought to remove soap and shampoo. False economy as the time spent in the shower and consumption of water negates any savings.
To compound matters all the new tile work must come out to remove the unit and then labout to install plumbing and tiles.
