Description
Barricade Insulated Subfloor makes floors feel warmer by raising them off the cold concrete. With an R-value of 3.2, it raises finished floor temperatures by 5.6°C. Combining high-density oriented strand board (OSB) on top and foam on the bottom, it helps protect against moisture, dampens the sound for a quieter floor and its tongue and groove design allows for quick and easy installation. This durable product can support over 3,100 pounds per square foot and comes with a limited 25-year warranty.

Awesome
I see a lot of bad reviews, however it works perfectly if you do install correctly. I've put down over 50k SQft of this without issue. Here is what to do: Install the product all at once and not over multiyear time where product variations or changes could affect.
Make sure your concrete floor has imperfections removed before. And follow the instructions on number of tapcons and proper unlays. I am not sure why people seem to think this product is bad, Its a subfloor not to use as a finished floor. It simply does not have a top protective layer because it would cost more to make and is unessisary. And lsatly make sure to raise your stairs or your bottom step will be very dangerously short and likely break building code.

Quickly Assembled
Buy this product last week and completed the floor 210 pieces in one day! This product quickly was assembled. It has added to the sound proofing of the room, which was a great surprise as well as warmth!

Easy to work with!
I bought this to put on my concrete basement floor. The tiles go together very easily. The tiles have some give if the floor isn’t completely level in spots, but are quite solid once they are all down. There was an instant noticeable temperature difference (approx 2 degrees) I will be installing more in the other parts of the basement. Great product!

I highly recommend!
Did our basement with these insulated panels and it is so nice and warm down there. The panels were also really easy to work with. I saved tons on labour cost by laying the panels down myself. This products is very DIY friendly. I also liked the fact the insulation underneath the panels took some of the shape of my basement floor and now it's nice and flat.

Beware of different formats
I had bought a couple hundred square feel of these boards many years ago and when I went back to purchase a few more to complete my project, I was surprised to find the format had changed. They're thinner now and the tongue and groove doesn't match up with the old tiles' design. I contacted the manufacturer and although they were responsive, no solution was found. As far as I'm concerned, the dimensions of a product should stay consistent in time to avoid compatibility issues. Same reasoning applies to lumber, drywall, etc...
