Good product (uneven service)
I'm very satisfied with the lattice. It's attractive, durable, priced appropriately, and easy to cut with a jigsaw. Pick-up service at Ottawa (Merivale) location (back of store, in warehouse) was uneven, however.. Guy in booth not too proactive or informed, but guys in warehouse very helpful. Good product, but heavier and more unwieldy than it looks. Had to be tied to roof to car to transport.- just fyi.

Torn at first frost
This panel was torn by its own weight at the first frost. Don’t use nails or screws. Haven’t figured out proper installation instructions.

OK BUT
The last time i purchased lattice here they were in 4 foot by 8 foot section and could be cut in half to make two 8 foot lengths 1 foot wide.
This time the lattice was designed so that it was 4 x 8 and shouldn't be cut
