Junk right out of the box.....
The automower was junk right out of the box. It shakes, rattles and is making a mess out of my lawn. The Husqvarna expert "Byrond" informed me that I need to drive it to a dealer to get it serviced. I have wasted nothing but time and money.......

Not ready for PrimeTime or Anytime
I bought this about 9 most ago with professional installation (installer recommended by Husqvarna). Over the past 9mos, I have had nothing but trouble with this. I really miss my guy who used to come mow my lawn. He was cheaper, reliable, and finished the job. Here are all the problems I have had to date:
1. Item came with a missing wire that connected to the base. I called Husqvarna and after about 30 mins on the phone with them, they agreed to send over a replacement wire.
2. Over the past few months, I am seeing the green perimeter wire is exposed in about 50% of the perimeter. I thought the grass would cover the wire and I also thought that the wire was installed deep enough. Neither of this is true. Green exposed wire can be seen throughout my property. I could have done a better job, I am sure, of installation.
3. The dreaded NO LOOP blue blinking light of death. This has happened more frequently that I care to mention. It takes me a good 1-2 hours to find out where the wire has been cut. I am not sure why the wire is being cut (no construction, digging etc going on). But I spend a lot of time finding it and repairing it. I am sure this can be a technology fix where the app can pinpoint the exact location of the break, but no such luck. It is all a very very very manual process.
The reason I finally decided to write this review is because the blinking blue no loop light came back again on Friday. I spent the entire weekend looking for the break and cannot find one. According to Husqvarna's troubleshooting website I have to probably take this into the dealer if this is the case. This think is NOT even 1 year old and here I am.
And to make matters worse, the phone support is useless. You have to wait forever for someone to call you back, if they call back even. I wish I could just return this thing and bring William back to mow.
P.S. Let me say this - when it does work, it works well (except for the edging which you have to take care of yourself).

This freed up my entire summer!

Simply Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My auto mower brings me so much joy. Maintaining the grass without thought is the way to go. I can control (Wall-E) from anywhere or put him on a timer to get to work. All my neighbors are jealous and it definitely turns heads as people drive bye. He’s become a part of the family in a weird way.

Great Purchase

HUGE help while my husband was deployed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Automower was honestly a God-send when my husband was deployed. We had so much on our plate while he was gone, and mowing the lawn was the last thing I wanted to worry about. This took one more chore off my plate and helped me to spend more time with my children and focus on everything else we had going on. When he got back, it was wonderful to not send him out to mow and really just focus on getting reintegrated. I would definitely recommend this to any military family. We even just recently moved with it and it was a breeze to get it set up at the new house!
