Customer service worse than their product quality!
Their customer service is even worse than their product quality. Purchased several of these fixtures. Two of them conked out and are unrepairable. A replacement was promised 10 months ago. Not one response from them to my monthly status requests. What’s worse, when I purchased an additional fixture to replace the first broken one their product’s item number had not changed; however Artika had changed the mounting bracket and the new fixture would not fit the original bracket affixed to the ceiling, which required another electrician service call.

Great light
The previous comment about the clips almost scared me off of this light but with them being over $100 off I bought 3. The lights are very bright which was exactly what I wanted. After the light was wired I’d be lying if I said it took over 30 seconds to attach the light to its base

Nice. But a nightmare to put up.
The clips to install was a bad idea. The easiest part is tiring.
