Multiple issues
1) Something to consider: Postal workers have trouble with delivery. Mail gets bent and stuck in slot every time. I even removed the brushes. Tightness of indoor flap keeps mail stuck in door constantly.
2) Too many plastic parts, has kind of a cheap feel.
3) I cannot tighten the screws too much or else outdoor facing flap will not work properly. Poor design. Therefore, the screws are almost loose enough to take out by hand. If I tighten any more, outdoor flap will get stuck/not sit flush with unit
