What size should the floor be outside dimensions ?

Thank you for your question. The Arrow Murryhill 12-ft x 10-ft garage base size should be 141 1/8" W x 111 3/4"D (in). We recommend the slab should be at least 4"(10,2 cm) thick. Please note that the platform should be level and flat (free of bumps, ridges, etc.) to provide good support for the building. Does this need a cement pad or can it be built on gravel?

Thank you for your question. This Garage building does Not come with a Floor frame Kit. We recommend the slab should be at least 4"(10,2 cm) thick. Please note that the platform should be level and flat (free of bumps, ridges, etc.) to provide good support for the building. Takes some adjustment to get everything just right. So. Many. Bolts. But best bang for your buck when it comes to storage solutions.

Thin flimsy metal, terrible instructions
Incredibly frustrating build process. Instructions are not clear and use ambiguous language with poor diagrams. Metal is very flimsy and already beginning to rust. No way would I buy this again
