My arctic king portable AC front vents won’t stay open. We have to adjust it manually but the vents just close when we lift them. Is there anyway to fix it so it stays open when in use?

Can you tell me what is the diameter of the 10,000 BTU portable Artic King air-condition hose, I need to know the diameter (opening at the end of the hose) not the length? I noticed someone asked this question and the answer that was given is the length?

Bonjour Karen, Le AC est équipé d;un filtre que vous pouvez enlever et nettoyer. IL est situé en haut de la façade arrière. Nettoyez l'appareil avec un chiffon humide non pelucheux et un détergent doux. Séchez l'appareil avec un chiffon sec non pelucheux.

Refroidit bien. Déshumidifit bien aussi. Se déplace bien. Mais en mode air climatisé il est bruyant. Il arrête et repart. Et ça nous réveille. En monde sec. Bruit contant. On réussi à dormir.

Good for small area
Bought this before having surgery in the summer to make it make my recovery easier. It was $309.00/ with shipping included.
Hoping I can get another one at this price.
And, this does have a long hose to empty the water from the humidity out, not like a previous one I had.

C'est mon deuxième achat de ce climatiseur qui me fut livré assez rapidement et surtout pour moi comme ainé, livré à mon deuxième étage. Il est relativement silencieux et l'installation fut un jeu d'enfant. Efficace aussi pour enlever l'humidité et rafraichir la pièce même ma chambre de 12pi X 13 pi.

Coule après environ 1 hre d'utilisation
L'article m'a été échangé contre le même modèle le 31 août 2022 et le service à la clientèle (sic) prétend que la garantie d'un an ne tient plus. En magasin, on m'a suggéré de hisser le climatiseur dans mon bain une fois par semaine pour évacuer l'eau et, au téléphone, de le hisser sur un tabouret avec un tuyau et une chaudière pour voir si l'eau coule!!!!

Very happy with purchase now I have three of them
I like the arctic king portable air conditioners so much that I now have one in my kitchen, and one in each of my bedrooms. Simple to install and it blows nice cold air especially on those super hot muggy days when I need it to. I bought it when it was on sale.

Not recommended as a dehumidifier
The dehumidifier has to empty from a hose at the back of the machine, it seems really unsafe, a potential for water everywhere. The product should only be advertised as a two in one unless there was a removable compartment for the dehumidifier water. The hottest room in the house is now the coolest, and the house has cooled down as a result.
