Bonjour Gen, et merci pour avoir choisi le Climatiseur de fenêtre Arctic King, 8000 BTU, 3 vitesses. Pour nettoyer le filtre, Assurez-vous d’abord que votre climatiseur est débranché, puis retirez le panneau avant et retirez le filtre. S’il est couvert de poussière ou de cheveux, utilisez un aspirateur pour nettoyer autant de débris que possible. À partir de là, lavez votre filtre avec de l’eau chaude savonneuse et laissez-le sécher. Attendez qu’il sèche complètement avant de le remettre dans votre climatiseur de fenêtre.

Bonjour Valerie02, le climatiseur vient avec le kit de fenêtre, qui permet de bloquer l'air des deux cotés (qui est sous la forme d'accordéon effectivement) .

Air climatisé très bruyante
J'ai acheté cet appareil pendant l'été 2023 (il y a moins d'un an) et suite à l'installation ce printemps, nous avons remarqué un bruit allant jusqu'à 85 dB lorsque le ventilateur est en marche. Ce bruit n'était pas présent l'été dernier.
Je ne recommande pas ce bruit à 400$ pour un été.

Don t know what to think
I bought it in may 2022 was working well until 2 days ago (2023-09-06). It is not cooling anymore, every things to work but no cold air. My AC is clean. I have contacted the manuf. awaiting to repair guy. The full warranty is over. I thinking about buying an other one but hesitant. I don t want to change my setting.

Instructions are iffy at best, Horrible whining sound. Took a while but put 2 small shims between casing and core on the outside. No more whining! A little noisy but if you want cold air at a good price, go for it.

Loud and Not Cool
Bought this to compliment my 6000 btu unit in the front of the house and that unit does a much better job then this. It also say this unit is quieter? Not at all. I have to turn my home theater system to a very loud volume to hear. Would not buy an Artic King unit again. Selling
