The 10,000 BTU air conditioner has an adjustable temperature range from 17 °C to 30 °C. With the 24 hour timer, you can set its working hours. Will this unit fit in my horizontal windows that measure exactly 14 1/2” wide when fully opened…?

After 2 years it will accumulate dirt inside and stop working. Even though there is a 5 year manifacture warenty they do not honor it.

Ne fonctionne plus après deux étés.
J'ai acheté cette appareil en 2022 et après deux étés il ne pousse plus d'air froid, je suis très très déçu du produit. Avec un prix aussi élévé, je m'attendais vraiment à une durée de vie beaucoup plus longue...
Je vois égallement dans les commentaires que je ne suis pas le seul avec le même problème, n'achetez pas ce produit.

Bonjour, j’ai fait l’achat de ce climatiseur et il a bien fonctionné les 2 premières années 2022 et 2023.J’ai effectué l’installation hier pour la troisième été 2024 et il ne fonctionne plus. Il ne pousse plus d’air frais du tout. Preuve d’achat à l’appui. Très déçue de mon achat!

Buy other brands.
I purchased this unit two years ago. The inside is badly rusting. Called the company and got a file number hopping this was a anomaly and would be covered by wanrrant. Well all I got was sorry bet rust is not covered, on top of that unit is designed that water stays trapped on the bottom of unit causing it to rust. I will not install for a third year as the cooling fan blows rusted water all over my windows, walls and roof. May seem like a small problem but removing rust from window frame and wall is no easy task. Will definitelly stay away from Arctic King and Midia products as both are manufactured by the same company.
