Description
Give your rooms an inviting appearance with this MONO SERRA laminate flooring. A natural grain pattern on the surface provides a real-wood look. This Colorado Aquastop24 flooring offers 24-hour water spill protection to prevent moisture damage. The 12 mm T grey laminate flooring is 7 7/16 in W x 47 3/64 in L. Each case contains six planks that cover 14.59 sq. ft. It has an AC4/E1 classification rating, which means it's durable enough for high-traffic areas. Made of high-density fibreboard (HDF) for extra sturdiness and stability, this flooring retains structural integrity. Resistance to damage comes from the resin outer layer on this HDF flooring that defends against abrasions and impacts. A 15-year limited warranty comes with this flooring. Installation is easy via the double-click method that slots and locks the boards in place. As a laminate material, this flooring requires minimal maintenance.

Do Not Buy
Put this down approx 1 yr ago and had to take it up because the seems we’re lifting. Out of the box a lot of the tongue and groves were chipped or broken, when I pulled the floor up almost all of them were broken and the flooring had to be replaced.
I contacted Mono Serrra and they told me I had to go into the store I bought it from to fill out some paperwork then they would look at my issue. I probably won’t do this, but hopefully no one else buys this garbage.
