Bad fill valve design.
Fill valve clogged up twice on my tenant. Much hassle for me to have to enter the suite and dismantle and clean the assembly out. Also can't seem to find replacement parts for it.

We bought 2 to replace existing toilets on recent home purchase. A bit of a challenge accessing side access side holes. A good flush. style my wife wanted. Valve has started to make a mosning noise on either flush. will have to call about replacement.

Nightmare to install
This toilet is a nightmare to install. You can’t see the bolts for installation - after SEVERAL failed attempts we:
1. Placed a 2x4 under the back and front of where the the toilet would sit.
2. Placed straws over the bolts to guide us to where the holes needed to be.
3. Once the toilet was sitting on the 2x4’s, we shimmied the toilet into place (using the straws as a guide).
4. Slid out the 2x4’s and prayed.
I have installed several toilets and have never experienced such an awful installation experience.
The other challenge was tightening the bolts after the toilet miraculously got into place …
The space for one’s hand was too small, and we had to enlist a neighbor’s 10 year old to tighten the bolts.
Hoping that the toilet actually works after all of that !!!!!
I would NEVER purchase again.

Terrible toilet
Had this toilet for less than a year. It is making a whistling almost foghorn like sound everytime you flush. Contacted American Standard and they were no help
