Braided hoses kink and no part number or specs
A little bit torqued that no information is included on the braided hoses that come with this kit. It has a bigger diameter than typical 1/2 flex hoses, but almost impossible to shop for long lengths, to avoid kinking.
Also, the youtube video of installation (produced by American Standard) shows the valve handle simply pressing over the valve assembly. I've pressed and pressed and can't get seated. I *hate* that hand-crafted "hope-it-holds" feeling, *especially* when installing a $1000+ faucet!
