Bad Product
I bought this product in January for the DIY remodel of my bathroom because I like the sleek look. However I found it to be very difficult to install and the brittle substandard acrylic material is very disappointing. In the process of installing a shower curtain rod I dropped curtain and all into the tub and a 2 inch piece (in shards) broke out of the top ledge of tub! Rod was not even very heavy! I would give this product no stars if that was an option!!!

Excellent Quality & Easy to Install!
This tub along with the matching tub/shower surround were easy to install.
We decided on this American Standard product because we have installed these before and appreciated the quality of the product and its' ability to stand up to the test of time!
We have not had to go back to replace or repair any American Standard tub/shower set we've ever installed!

Great Tub
Love the tub. It is very roomy and would definitely buy it again. Our old tub cracked so we got this one to replace it. This one feels like it is more durable and not as flimsy as the last one.

Bummed in the bathroom
I put this model in about 6 months ago. I find it very difficult to keep clean. It always looks like it has a soap ring around the bottom. I wish I had found out the make and model of the tub I had in the last home I rented. I hardly ever had to wash and had two boys! Don't know how to replace after I tiled the walls. Very disappointed!

Hard to clean
Although this is a beautiful and roomy bathtub, (we also have the tub surround) it is hard to clean if you live in an area with well water, and we get mineral deposits on our surfaces. You are not supposed to use harsh or abrasive cleaners on the tub and wall. They tell you to use dishsoap and soft cloth or sponge. Well, dishsoap does not really clean this surface well for me. After cleaning, the surface is not smooth and clean. I can feel residue. Also, I am short, so it is difficult for me to reach in and clean because of the curved shape. We are happy with it otherwise. It is a beautiful tub and wall, but had I known that cleaning was going to be such a problem, I wouldn't have purchased it.

I bought this tub love the extra width and depth you can tell this is very good tub the floor is very sturdy and is very to clean just don't use nothing strong
