Description
This 400-watt, 120-volt, wall-mounted panel heater includes a programmable plug-in thermostat and is safe, economical to use and works based on the principle of convective heat transfer. This panel is mounted on the wall to create a convection channel using the hardware provided and requires a simple do-it-yourself installation. The hot air rises and gets displaced by cooler air creating convective air currents within the room that gradually move warmer air to achieve a uniform ambient temperature. The Amaze Heater does not have a built-in fan; therefore, there is no noise and no stirred-up dust. This eliminates airborne dust problems and it is ideal for people suffering from asthma or allergies. This heater is ideal for a regular-size room up to (120 sq. ft.). This unit is perfect not only to provide additional heat but also to warm up any cold spots in the house. It can be painted with latex paint to match any decor.

Smell of Paint fumes won't go away
I bought one of these about a year ago and returned it due to the smell. After reading the recent reviews and some people not having the issue it seemed maybe I got one from a bad batch the first time so I thought I'd try again. I've had this new one plugged in for 5 days in my shed to see if the smell would go away. Although the smell is not as strong, it is still putting off some kind odor like paint fumes. Who knows if those fumes are toxic.
I'll be returning this heater.

Le panneau mural est facile à installer, et on perçoit la douce chaleur rapidement. Il est beau et il ne prend pas de place. On ne se brule pas si on met la main dessus. Le premier jour il avait une odeur mais on a aéré un peu.

great addition to the home
I was nervous about all the comments about smell. However, I let the Amaze heater gas off for a couple of days before using. There was a slight "new" smell first couple of days but that's it. We have a wood stove so a nice addition to keep the entry and bathroom wamer when the rest of the house is warmed by the wood stove.

Great features
I bought this product to take the chill out of our bedroom during the Calgary winter weather. OMG I so love it! It’s quiet and radiates wonderful warm air. We decided to use a thermostat to really control its function.
As to comments about its odour, we plugged it outside on our patio for 4 days then installed it - perfect. My husband & I would highly recommend this product.

Fairly good, but definitely smelly
Ordered two for my basement bedrooms, It is quite, no noise at all. Generate pretty good heat as well, if you consider purchasing one of these, yes, you should buy with the thermostat. I've been running these for about a month now, and it does still smell. You can't really keep the door closed in the bedroom, since it smells quite a bit... I left kept running these in my garage first two days. When you open and start to run this thing... you gotta run away from the place and make sure open the door/window a bit for air circulation. after couple hours of running in the garage, when I stepped in, it made me real sick... don't go near until the smell disappears as almost nothing....
All in all, this is a pretty good secondary heat source without noise, but the smell is quite a bit of the problem. It's not something you can manage to get through... Except the smell, this is pretty good product.

Does the job
Bought this to warm up my daughter's room that is always a little on the cooler side. Unit has done a great job of maintaining a consistent temperature with the included thermostat. Definitely a strong order for the first day or two, need to give it time to fade.

Awesome product
Love the Amaze Heater!! The heater is just amazing and it just gives the right amount of heat for my small room. It’s silent, safe and heats up the entire room and maintains the warmth throughout the night. I’m sure my electricity bill will be less than 30% this month.
