Description
This 18 cu. ft. Amana upright freezer is perfect for storing large amounts of frozen food. It features a built-in option that lets you temporarily drive freezer temps 10 degrees colder than the lowest setting, so that you can freeze large amounts of food fast. DeepFreeze technology cools the freezer to -22°C so that you can keep things frozen for longer. The Free-O-Frost system helps prevent frost build-up, so you don't have to worry about defrosting your freezer ever. Finally, this freezer is equipped with rollers, which make it easy to move around, even when fully loaded. it is backed by a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labour.

Simple freezer but a good fit for my needs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased at an outlet so price was excellent. We have an Amana refrigerator that is 13 years old and we have never had a problem with it so based on that we feel comfortable that the upright freezer will give us the same service. I wish there was a "door-not-closed" warning sound.

Best freezer in the West
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is the greatest. Easy installation and with the adjustable shelving you are able to fit any size container on a shelf. With automatic self defrost, this is a busy family's dream. I would highly recommend it .
