Got features we wanted
Bought it in November 2020. Liked it and loved it from day one. Easy to pull and retract without installing weight over feeder hose. liked magnetic lock for docking spray head. However after 18 months spray head started to act on its own; switching from stream to partial spray and making load noise. Not sure how to get help from manufacturer. Kohler web site has replacement head available, doe warranty covers it?

Sleek and attractive-(but leaks)
Purchased our Alma faucet as part of our kitchen makeover. Worked great for 18 months or so, then started to leak at the "ball joint" connecting the tube to the spray head. R45350-SD-VS (Lowes item # 812728). How can I get a replacement hose? Thank you.

Seriously Disappointed
We bought the faucet, soap dispenser and a matching air gap. We also bought a matching faucet for the under sink RO system. The set up is pretty; however the spray feature cannot be used because it just spreads water everywhere. I do list of the dishes and used to love to use spray. Alas, no more. Please redesign the spray for reasonable sized sinks. Email: hi

Low water pressure after new install
Bought the Kohler Alma faucet to replace our Delta kitchen faucet. This is a nice faucet but the water pressure coming out of this faucet is too low. So low, almost unusable.

Handle Falls off and the set screw is faulty
I just purchased this faucet and installed it. The next day the handle falls off. The set screw cannot be tightened, I am returning it.

The faucet is good but the soap dispenser is junk
I've been using the faucet for a year. I like the spray feature, which makes a nice, pressurized blade of water. The soap dispenser apparently has a bad spring, because it will not pop back up. I've tried several times to clean it, and nothing helps.

Nice looking faucet but doesn’t last
I bought and installed this faucet 2 years ago and the valve is already broke. Can’t get hot water out of it. Needs a new valve. Not what I expected from a Kohler product. I installed and recommend their products to my remodeling clients but am now concerned about continuing.

Nice Faucet, Terrible Soap Dispenser Pump
I purchased this faucet back in May, 2020. I installed the faucet myself which was easy to do. The faucet is great but the pump for the soap dispenser is terrible. It started not to come back up over a month ago. I cleaned it out and it worked again for maybe a week. Now, it doesn’t work at all. I am going to remove it and cap the hole.
