Great product but got a crack
Bought this just a year ago. It developed a leaking crack at
the top side of the faucet in the middle of exhaust pipe. Requesting
A replacement under warranty. Let's see how it goes.

Junk - Flooded our house
We have had 2 of these fail and flood the basement. DO NOT BUY. Both of the failures were the hose inside the tower broke off and flooded our newly renovated basement. The first one we thought was a fluke, the second one was the exact same failure. Cheap garbage that cost us thousands of dollars. First failure was 21 months after install and the 2nd failure was 23 months. It was not an installation fault, it was manufacturer defects.

À la première utilisation, la poignée a cassée... Retour au magasin pour le remplacer. Une fois installé le deuxième, on se rend compte que le robinet coule. C'est un beau robinet mais s'est sa seule qualité.
