The black finish on my faucet has peeled off. How can I go about replacing it? I am not pleased with the poor quality. Employee in store said that it is a manufacturer issue.

Great looking faucet
I bought this about 2 weeks ago to refresh a downstairs bathroom and we are very pleased with it. Installation was fairly easy and the instructions were clear. The faucet has a very nice looking matte black finish and contrasts well with the white square-sink vanity we chose.

Disappointed
Purchased online and after installation we realized that there was a problem inside the faucet set which caused water to leak. Very disappointing to find that we need to now remove the new faucet and purchase and install another one.

Poor quality drain, scratched in two months
Poor quality. The faucet frequently gets stains so you’ll have to maintain it. But more disappointing is the cheap quality of the drain which is made from plastic. The paint scratched off in two months of very light use. For the price I expected it to last longer.
