Unfortunately this chair comes with bolt defects. The base does not assemble because the bolts are too long! Very disappointed. I would like to receive the correct part but the customer service line never picks up at Rona.

I just bought this chair and absolutely love it.

J'ai acheté 2 de cet article. Je les trouve très bien sauf qu'il y avait beaucoup de pièces manquantes. J'ai demandé de l'aide de chez RONA de Granby pour retrouver cette pièce car l'un deux étaient une démo. Il ne pouvait pas m'aidé car il ne savait pas où les pièces du démo était. Ma recommandation faite suivre cet pièce avec la démo.

La meilleur chaise suspendue essayée.
Avant de l'acheter, j'ai été essayé plusieurs chaises suspendues et c'était la plus confortable et qui avait un des plus gros coussin pour encore plus de confort. J'ai été en acheter une 2e identique par la suite. Très très satisfait.
