Not happy with installation instructions
I just installed this unit. They advertise a 12 minute installation but I disagree. I followed the instructions to a T. It says to disconnect the head after you’ve turned back on the water to flush out any debris. Well guess what…in doing so, the hose shot back up into the stem and it took a long while for me remove the small plug on the stem in order to remove it from the base and allow me to pull the hose back out. In the process, I also damaged the plug as it was extremely difficult to remove. Not happy with this step in the manual at all. We will see if this faucet stands the test of time. At this point a 3 star for me.
