Is there a trick to removing the protective wrap on the panels as it is in between the panel framing and we do not want to scratch the panels with a knife?
Use a knife very lightly score the panel along the metal edge, both sides. The protective coating will easily peel off.

Can we open some of the roof panels, or are they fixed ? Est-ce que l'on peut ouvrir certains des panneaux du toit ou ils sont fixes ?
The roof pannels are sliding, so you can slide 2 first rows underneath the first one.

Disappointed in Edmonton from
Stain in between plastic panel layers
I've had this up for a month but it seems water is somehow getting in between plastic panels and leaving a stain that I cannot clean. Any one else have this problem. One panel had a slit in it and waiting for new one.

Assez facile à monter mais long …
Installé depuis une semaine et j’en suis content. J’ai quelques doutes sur la tenue dans le temps des pièces d’alu qui retiennent les panneaux vers le bas mais c’est l’avenir qui le dira. Prévoir une bonne demi-journée d’installation à deux.

J'ai acheté 2 kit et sur les 24 vitrine qui font la couverture.... 3 vitrine ont des fuite

I am disappointed, your product was with item not welded properly and I am still waiting for My 2 parts one C2 with hole missing and D3 with weld not done properly.
I am still waiting for your e mail for a answer you said 24 hr to 48hr. It s a week now that I call the first time.
you should get no stars. please send me in French next time.

Frustrating assembly
We’ve been trying to put this gazebo together for the last two days (after work). It’s taking longer to understand or decode the instructions than it is to put the pieces together. The instructions are largely lacking detail and specifics. A few times now, we’ve realized that a piece needs to be another way instead of the way we thoughts it should be. I’m beyond frustrated with this thing. Once we have it together, I may update this review.

Slightly over priced.
Bought two of these. They ate definitely made the exact same, they both had the same minor issues during assembly. Good product, fairly easy to assemble. This one is designed to be attached to a wall. Wish there was an option for a real curtain.
