poor on line price match
I do like this product. What I do not like is the Rona price guarantee. I purchased this online for $599., then less than a week later it went on sale for about 560. When I contacted Rona about this I was told tough luck, the sale was put on by the manufacturer and not Rona
None of the other big retailers would tell me tough luck, and how about a 10% discount off your next purchase

We recently bought this it is extremely heavy and time consuming to put up and after we did we can see huge dents and scratches in the posts I contacted rona and they said there is nothing they can do they do not stand behind this product

Nice Pergola
We bought the pergola about 3 weeks ago and we really like how it looks. There were a few damaged pieces whenjit arrived but nothing so horrible it couldn't still be put together, just aesthetics.

Weak frame
I bought this pergola less than one month ago. Folks save your money! I’m beyond disappointed that a 30 km wind stressed the frame and now it’s leaning to one side. It is an incredibly weak structure. Also, their one year warranty will not touch their weak pergola.

Sturdy and attractive
Bought for my pool deck to provide shade throughout the day. Would love to see a "third side" shade accessory for it that matches the arch. Simple assembly except for the 3 failed nutserts that spun with the bolts. That seems to be the biggest issue with this type of assembly system, as the nutserts never seem to be secure enough. Does not help when the bolts threads are coated either. Overall structure is very stable in the wind, and as the shade system allows for movement, it does not become a huge sail in the gusty winds we get here in Kamloops.
