Very well Manufactured and Engineered
I purchased this Allen and Roth Gazebo and put it together with my wife and I. We took the time to add a stain preservative to enhance the Wood Cedar to give it a richer look prior to its assembly. It is most important to thoroughly read the instructions to understand the correct configuration of the perimeter wood beams (Lintels) and pay attention to the pre drilled holes. If you decide to get your friends or family to help you, it is important that each and everyone understand each step and don't get ahead of yourself thinking that you don't have to follow the correct sequence as indicated on the instructions. The only time I needed an extra person to help out was installing the top metal Beam at the top crest. You will need two ladders as it is heavy and awkward to hold over the 12 foot span. We Love the warm look and the open gable roof. Make sure you have a flat level surface like a long bench, cement pad or Deck to work on especially when putting the wood lintels together. Do not mix up the wood sections that make up the 10 foot sections and the 12 foot sections to avoid confusion. Lay all the wood pieces out and check on the instruction manual to ensure proper order. This will save lots of time.

Good , But takes way more time than advertised
Good solid product, looks great up, actually using it as a small car port for summer car. Directions are a bit confusing, have to look VERY closely at the pictures to make sure parts are going in correct direction. Does not take 3 hours to assemble as advertised, took us more like 24 hrs in total , and you need a socket wrench set and a big drill. The tools they provide in kit are a joke.

Poor after sales support on damaged part
Bought this about a month ago and our installers noticed a support bar snapped off at a weld spot. It looks like it never was welded. Contacted Rona to get the part replaced and keep getting an email back to suggest we have not given them all this info needed to replace the part. Given the web receipt, model number of the Gazebo, part number of the part and still no luck getting the part replaced. Tried to send Allen + Roth a message but they are difficult to send a message to as well. Oddly Allen + Roth does not show the Gazebo we bought on their web site. Something is seriously wrong and it seems we cannot get a resolve to the issue. Not impressed with the Support. Gazebo is a very nice product with horrible after sales support.

Le résultat est vraiment extraordinaire. La qualité est surprenante pour un gazebo en boîte.
Attention:
- j’ai monté plusieurs gros projets et celui-ci n’est pas pour les débutants. Il faut porter une attention particulière aux instructions et à l’emplacement des trous. Une petite erreur et tu découvres plusieurs étapes plus loin un moment “oups” et tu perds des heures à défaire et refaire.
- Je suis content de l’avoir fait livrer. Le tout arrive dans une seule boîte qui pèse pas loin de 600 lbs.
- il y avait une petite erreur dans les instructions. J’ai cherché des pièces “manquantes qui ne l’étaient pas vraiment “ (une page indique les pièces H1 x4 et H2x4 alors qu’il n’y en a juste 2 de chaque)

Overall its good
just finished putting it together. the instructions are ok but not the best. the wood is cedar and really dry so there was some splitting when I put the provided screws into it. I will have to fasten down the roof panels better then the way they have it bc they shake and rattle just by walking around under it.

Does the trick
Pretty disappointing when I went to mount something on the 4 x 4 posts and found out they’re hollow, solid wood my foot. Very disappointing to find that out.
Also, the gutter system is pointless and just traps crap up there

Gazebo ok
Some nuts and bolts or missing , instead of concrete foundation bolts they gave long metal L shape peaces if high wind comes this gazebo my damage.
