The built-in hide-away butterfly extension leaf allows the table length to be set to either 48 or 72 inches. When extended, the 1 7/8 inches umbrella hole is accessible and is fitted with a brass grommet and cap. The lower pole catch increases umbrella pole stability. Natural oils and rubbers in teak provide superior weather and insect resistance compared to other woods.
